When you place an order we request that you send us Personally Identifiable Information. This information lets us know the specifics of who you are and can be used to identify, contact or locate you. Personally Identifiable Information may consist of: your name, address, telephone number(s), email address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), occasion type (Valentine's Day, etc.), products purchased, any relevant promotion code, the gift card message, recipient's name, address, telephone number and any other information you may provide us ("Personally Identifiable Information" ). We use Personally Identifiable Information to confirm and track your order and to inform you of our new products and offers if you have requested us to do so. Personally Identifiable Information may be compiled by us and analyzed on an aggregated basis.

3. Placing an Order
When you place an order, we require you to provide us with Personally Identifiable Information. We use this information to give you a customized experience and to process the orders that you place with us. The recipient phone number, which you furnish to us when you place an order, is used for delivery purposes. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery.

4. Use of Cookies/Clear GIFs
We do not use cookies or clear GIFs on our site.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information, after subpoena or written request, to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

However, despite all reasonable security precautions and processes no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. 7. Links to Other Web Sites
Our site may contain links to other web sites. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different from our policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices and content of these third-party Web sites. You access such linked sites at your own risk. We urge you to follow safe Internet practices and do not supply personal information to these web sites unless you have verified their security and privacy policies.

8. Child Protection
Consumers making purchases on our site must have a valid credit card and be 18 years of age or older.

9. Opt Out / Modify
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. We will send promotional emails to you only if you have requested us to do so. You may unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any of the promotional emails that we send you.

10. International Customers
if you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide will be transferred to the United States. By using our site or providing us with your information, you hereby consent to this transfer. In addition, if you provide data about other individuals (such as gift recipients), you agree that you have obtained consent from each such individual to the submission and processing of such information to the terms of this policy, including without limitation the transfer of such data to the United States. Although we will collect and use your information only as stated in this policy, laws generally applicable to the protection of personal data in the United States may not be as stringent as those in some users' home jurisdictions.

11. Your Consent
By shopping at our site you consent to the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by us in the manner specified in this policy. We, however, have the option to change, modify, or add to the terms and conditions of the policy at any time. We will inform you of any material changes by posting the revised policy on our site 30 days prior to implementing the change. Any customer who does not agree to the revised policy has the option to opt-out. The policy will go into effect on the date posted. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our site and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent.

Delivery Policy
Orders placed as late as 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply at holidays). Same day delivery is available on Saturday if you order by 1 pm in the recipient’s time zone. We do not deliver on Sunday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. We are unable to deliver to cemeteries, post office boxes or APOs.

Recipient Not Home
If the recipient is not at home when delivery is attempted, the delivery driver will either:
o leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
o leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information
o leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to call to schedule a delivery time. A fee of $10 will apply if it is necessary to re-deliver the arrangement.

Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge.

Cancellations
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order any time prior to when the designer begins to make the arrangement. If the design work has started or the gift is en route or has been delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order.

Placing an Order
Order processing is encrypted using industry standard SSL technology for all customers who have browsers that are capable of transmitting or receiving encrypted data. You can also call us to order your gift. A $6.99 fee will be added to orders placed by phone so please consider ordering on line from our web site. A valid credit card is needed to order. We accept all common credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All customers must be at least 18 years old.

Prices are shown in US currency. A transaction handling fee of $13.99 and 8.25% sales tax are added. Some products that take up a lot of space in the delivery van may have a slightly higher transaction handling fee.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers
• In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
• For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
• If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Plants
• For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
• For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
• If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
